Managing Director - Sean O'Connor

Sean O’Connor has been working in both commercial charter and private aircraft operations for over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge of private aircraft management, company flight safety operations and flight data monitoring.  Sean regularly flies on our Global 6000 Vision.

Now with EAM, Sean is exclusively providing an operational oversight of our managed aircraft. Ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of aircraft operation and that our third party providers deliver with the utmost level of professionalism, while offering you the most competitive rates within the Private Aircraft industry.

Training Manager - Cody St. Hilaire

Cody St. Hilaire started his flying career in 2008 and has since been type rated on Bombardier Global Express Aircraft and Hawker 800 and 900 XP. He has worked within CAE Flight Training Dubai’s flight training department and is experienced with the different aviation licensing authorities.

As training manager for EAM, Cody will ensure that your pilots are trained to the licensing and TRTO's standards while maintaining your operations training records for all relevant authorities.

Maintenance - Phil Maltby

Phil Maltby of Aircraft Management Services has over 40 years experience in the aviation industry: From hands-on working to MRO and AOC accountable manager roles on wide bodied and business Jet aircraft.

With knowledge on technical records, aircraft maintenance and modifications for heavy and business jets that is second to none, Phil has also carried numerous aircraft acceptance from the OEM, pre-buy inspections, modification oversight, aircraft sales and acquisitions. Phil ensures that the aircraft are maintained to the highest standard while maximizing the aircraft availability to the owner.
